Package Selection Details - Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum

    Bronze
  • Wedding day coordination (8 hours)*
  • Review of vendor contracts
  • Serve as the main contact for all wedding vendors and professionals
  • Confirmation with all vendors 1-2 weeks prior to wedding day
  • Use of wedding emergency kit
  • Develop a wedding day schedule
  • Help with distribution of bouquets and boutonnieres
  • Assistance in directing the processional
  • Hold all late guests from entering until bride has made her entrance
  • Distribute tossing items (seed, bubbles, petals, etc.)
  • Assistance in gathering bridal party and family members to ensure photographs are taken in a timely manner
  • Assembly family, friends, and bridal party for introductions
  • Handle unusual situations as they arise
  • Gather all items from the ceremony for the reception
  • Assist in Bride and Grooms special requests
  • Wrap up the end of the night, assisting in gifts and miscellaneous items to be directed to appropriate parties
    Silver
    This package includes everything from the Bronze Package,
    plus:
  • Wedding day coordination (10 hours rather than 8 hours)*
    Gold
    This package includes everything from the Silver Package,
    plus an additional five hours.
    Examples of the use of additional hours are:
  • Additional time for the rehearsal
  • Additional consultations and site visits
  • Running errands, helping out the morning of the wedding
  • Decorating any locations

 

Platinum
The Platinum Package begins from the time you are engaged, until after the
wedding. This is full service wedding planning and coordinating. We will be there
every step of the way! Price can only be determined after an initial consultation,
when it is more appropriately customized for the bride and grooms wedding plans
and budget.

*Hours exceeding package amount allowed will be based on a fee of $75.00 per hour.
